Description:
This old French indeterminate variety is the classic beefsteak tomato producing large, irregular shaped, fleshy tomatoes ideal for slicing. Rich flavoured, the ribbed fruits each weigh between 160 and 180 grams. These strong bushy plants form fruit at low temperatures and are excellent for growing outdoors in soil or pots. Heavier fruit requires support. Plants may need some pruning but otherwise fairly low maintenance.
