This section contains a listing of the main varieties of plants used in the Kitchen Garden. The majority of these were sourced from the Organic Gardening Catalogue (UK) which the author has used for over 20 years. Later other seed suppliers will be listed for specialist plants such as hot peppers. Finally, this section will contain a reference section of specialist seed supply companies internationally.
